The overuse of injections won't be helping this and will create the same problems the overuse of antibiotics has, have we learnt nothing? This is what happens when the current medical system is built on germ theory vs terrain theory. Germ theory will say we need to make stronger drugs, while terrain theory will say we need to increase the health of the person through improving the environment - sanitation, clean drinking water and adequate nutrition are a good start.

Developing economies tend to be health indifferent with crumbling infrastructure. That is where the lack of qualified medical practitioners and wide spread poverty becomes a reason for self-medication. That is where the real threat is. I request who to prepare a 10 minute documentary in my local langusge Urdu or dub it for mass awareness and place it here.

Mejorar la capacitación de los médicos y de los médicos veterinarios para la prescripción de medicamentos, incluyendo los antimicrobianos es el mejor método para controlar la resistencia antimicrobiana.
