They aren't protected. They can be rounded up whenever the BLM wants to.

I'm not sure. I don't know a lot of the names, but you can check online with the Wild Mustang Center in Lovell online.

So from my understanding, Gruella is mainly a darker bay/gray dun horse with extra leg/shoulder barring and a black face? At first, I thought it was just the American term for a dun horse?
