4:05 Danny Says "Godzilla" 4:06 the lady winks. It was at this point that I thought instead of 'Who do you think you are' this particular episode should have been called: 'We ALL know what you are thinking'! BRAVO I love the awkward chemistry in this room. It is like every one of my relationships. 😂

Speaking as a reenactor who actually demonstrates the 16th century, it’s definitely not as easy as with modern clothes. For the front a man would only need to worry about the codpiece but Because the doublet and hose Were laced together by points for the rear you have to take both doublet and hose off

The size of Danny Dyers cod piece. Danny no offence but he is known to be a geezer. Not a geyser - Yellowstone's and old fitful old faithful. Kevin Costner? There is a joke about battering rams for the Chip Roys' of the world. You've had all your betting chips. Saveloys at the Savoy? Yes that male cod piece just seen was unexpected but not the first spotted at bus-stops. The wear was also making a movie. Now let me think? CodsWallop?

I pray he was kidding when he asked what a "sable" was...! I felt so sorry for the dresser, a doctor in fashion history, when Danny became what some might refer to as vulgar, referring to his genitals as "Godzilla"...! The poor woman looked mortified. Embarrassed. I have read a little about what the critics think of Mr. Dyer and though appreciated by much of the public, he is not appreciated by the majority of the critics. I am not sure whether he played some of these scenes up, in character from "EastEnders" or he is simply a daft and ignorant yutz, as he appeared to be, above. I hope he was just in character....and not his own.
@ceebee47505 жыл бұрын
The fashion historian seemed to have a great sense of humor, including the innuendos. However, I too noticed the look of annoyance after that particular comment. I thought it was because of the hyperbole: that his 16th century might self prefer a small cod piece in order to signal that he was so confident in his manly proportions that he didn't have to overcompensate. After all, she just saw him in his "tightie-whities".
