A small technical point, it's actually his great-grandfather's grave, not his grandfather's grave, just to avoid confusion to anyone else who want to watch this on KZbin themselves in future, because Stephen's grandfather was Martin Neumann, his great-grandfather was Leopold Neumann, just to make an important note, so we all don't get muddled up or something, just in case.

Good point. It's the title that is misleading because Stephen does say it's his mother's grandfather and his great-grandfather.

At least it balanced him out in terms of humility. People will always have some prejudice about other people who are unfamiliar, happily prejudice can become intrigue, and then it can lead to acceptance and human bonding (it's in us all.. good if we try to chose the ethical stance)

Leopold Neumann....I am very pleasantly surprised to know Stephen has German ancestry! At the same time there is a terrifying dread in my stomach since they were German jews in a specific incredibly dark period of German history...

He’s in Surany, Slovakia. They were Hungarian Jews, not German.
