We should not be uncertain. We shoul do our best and have trust in Allah's mercy. Allah subhaanahu wa ta3ala says in His Holy Book "And who is desperate about his Lord's mercy, but the (one who is astray). My translation is very bad, i hope you still get "the idea".

In my opinion the quality and importance of a speech has nothing to do with its length. Sure sometimes a topic needs more time for deepening and more details, but anyway, every sentence the Shaykh pronounces is meaningfull.
