Y'know what would make this fight so much better? Only have Sullivan use one of his devastating counters when you repeatedly attack him with the same type of attack or sequence of attacks (and when you use a gun or a non-fist, non-moose head (or other unusual/silly) melee weapon). He could still use normal, telegraphed attacks, but he'd only become bull!@#$ if you try to cheese the fight with some overpowered, spammable combo.

When i first fought this boss, i found it annoying because i always use guns. Usually 10 of my inventory slots are guns. It was working, slowly. Until a random stranger joined my game, climbed the platform, and beat the shit out of him like it was nothing. I tried to help, but sullivan nearly killed me when i got on. So i just sat there watching this random guy make a fool of sullivan.

The cheesiest way to deal with him is to stand up the platform that goes up to his, and just shoot at him with the LMG. He'll shoot you too, of course, so just bring a bunch of pizzas or orange juice and drop off when you're low and snack up. Two LMGs (you can get a pair from Yucatan even though they normally stop spawning if you have one) will put him through the wringer. It's faster than standing on the ground since he doesn't constantly roll out of your field of view. As for head on, I found the Knife Gloves to be pretty useless, and all those unarmed moves except the drop kick and sweep look pretty bad too. Also the melee controls in this game are over-complicated. I don't even remember how to do like, half of the attacks.

Incidentally, I read something on TVTropes about a way to cheese this battle: if you make a Spitfire, drink it right before delivering the final queen, and finish the battle with the tank quickly, you can bring the effect into the battle with Sullivan. (That was from memory; I might have gotten that wrong.) Just stand on the platform and keep spitting at him; he’ll block it, but you’ll still be able to chip away at his health. Sounds like cheating, but so is Sullivan.

I highly recommend you use the Six Shooter you get from killing Seymour in that psychopath mission. It respawns like all boss weapons anyway, so theirs no excuse not to get it. Also, you would want to get on the platform that you use to get where Sullivan is and stay there, then pump him full of holes. Sure you might take damage, but just tank through it with some health items. Actually, that spot you showed was pretty good, didn't even know about that. Honestly, I didn't have that much of a problem with him. Which is surprising because I didn't even know he could do some of that stuff.

I have an idea to keep yourself from taking fall damage after a not so painful repeated punching, if your close to a ledge and think your gonna fall, stay on for as long as possible until he knocks you skyward, thus knocking you off but no fall damage, if your lucky he will send you skyward but you wont lose a block, and you'll fall, no damage done to a full block

The reason he wouldn't could be since he could have killed you with maybe most of the attacks he does, along with being thrown off a platform and getting bit by Zombies, since BB is really accurate with brutal/mortal attacks that should down/kill someone. But he also could be disqualified since the obvious.
