Ya'll should order Lupos speedie sauce online. The original italian is the best. Marinade overnite and grill! Its a vinegar based marinade Yumm

@@RayNique When you grill it let it flame up a little. Ill explain it better how to cut it up, prepare and cook it. Then then end slathered in a tiny bit butter and fresh marinade!! Yumm, with grilled onions
