Hey guys!! In today's video I am doing an EXTREME WHOLE HOUSE CLEAN WITH ME and making it almost 2 hours long so you can do a realistic clean with me!! Just what I needed thank you. We have a queen size mattress and I buy king size sheets and blanket’s they fit great but I have noticed the blankets are like felling apart after a few washes so I went back to a old one and it looks nice on my bed . When you started cleaning your walls in the bedroom well I had to stop watching and do the walls I have a small home so it doesn’t take long. Thank you for sharing have a great weekend ❤

Loved this. You mention preparing your children for adult life by teaching them things like finance, etc.. my kids are not yet teenagers but I’d LOVE if you would consider including tips on this in a future video. I always put the comforter short side from top to bottom (its supposed to go the other way,) if it needs to be a little longer just pull it down a bit and cover the top with pillows. Look for one that specifically says machine washable, no bunching. You could measure the top and sides of your bed (ex. 60" across plus 18" mattress overhang on both sides is 96" and 70" top to bottom plus overhang on bottom is 88"; look for a comforter around 96x 88") and when you go to buy a new one look for the one closest to your measurements; I may have over explained that, I hope it made clear sense. I look forward to your videos, I feel like friends, I'd watch every day if I could (sometimes I do and go rewatch old videos lol.) I wish I had half your motivation, sometimes I get so overwhelmed I don't even know where to start, so I don't. I just need to remember anything is better than nothing. ❤

I love that you teach your kids about finance I did not grow up with that knowledge also I used a king size comforter when we had a queen and now that we have a king size I order an oversized king comforter always need more on the sides to cover up with lol

Good morning Rach! Always love your videos! I have a suggestion for that gap in your bathroom shower that gets moldy: Maybe try “caulking tape”(?) Home Depot sells it. You could totally seal off that gap with it. I think it’s about 2” wide and it’s scored down the center for ease in folding to make application easier. I don’t have a tub surround like yours but thought my idea may work🤷🏻‍♀️ Please let me know how it goes.

Rach: An after-thought re: My “Caulking Tape” idea: If you can’t find any wide enough to seal off the gap on your tub surround, you could always marry two strips together to make it wider 😃

I agree about the cordless vacuum not being as strong. It is good for a daily quick run through but occasionally i need the plug in big one for stronger suck up power.

I do think it was kaboom also lol i usually buy quilted comforter so i dont have that bunching problem anymore but the kids cover do start to do that after a while. I watch a lady named jessi christine i really love her bed covers i think she has them linked but i cant remember what they are right off hand. I used to use queen comforters. I hated them. They bunched up and no matter how I turned them or what brand I used they didn't work. I started using kings. Then that wasn't much better. They are too long. I now love chenille. ❤️ They are just the right size and are comfortable. You can use an additional blanket if needed. I also never spray glass cleaner on my surfaces. I spray it on my paper towel or cloth. It helps so much. Same for other cleaners. I do it 95% of the time unless it's something very filthy and needs soaking. As far as moving furniture or heavier stuff, try adding furniture movers on the feet. They help. I move my appliances and furniture quite often. I move my furniture probably 90% of the time to sweep/vacuum. Do you ever go over the carpet more than once if the water is that dirty? Also, I was thinking maybe some of that may be carpet dye. Your thoughts?

Thank you, I will look into that kind of blanket. 😊 Depending on what I’m cleaning, I spray the rag or the surface. I switch it up. I used to move my bedroom furniture around all the time when growing up because I liked change so it surprises me that I don’t move my furniture more (even just for cleaning). I do go over the floors twice, especially the area rugs because they are so light in color and I want to keep it that way. I don’t think it’s carpet dye at all because of the amount of dirt in that water tank.

As for the scrub daddy paste and the price I also justify the price because you get the scrub mommy with it. The pink stuff you don’t get any scrubber with it.

Yes! And the pink stuff doesn’t do as much as this does. I love the pink stuff for scrubbing stains off of my walls/doors/etc. but it doesn’t compare on sinks, showers, and my glass top.

@@RachPlusFive also I noticed more fine scratches on my glass top after using pink stuff but I didn’t notice that when I was using scrub daddy paste. Honestly sad I used pink stuff on my glass top stove. It’s honestly probably only noticeable to me so whatever. But yeah scrub daddy on the glass top from here on out.

@@RachPlusFive honestly It’s cold and not cozy on your feet. When I’m going to bed I want to be comfortable and not have socks or slippers on, also any kind of dirt just sticks to your feet instead of the carpet Catching it. But I also live in a state that the temperatures are a lot lower so in the winter is when it’s worse cold wise. I would take carpet out of any other room except bedrooms. But you might be different then me and with living in Florida might not be as cold on your feet. Lol. I’m literally on the complete opposite corner of the US. Washington state.

Btw the reason I mentioned dirt sticking to your feet is because when you climb in bed you don’t want to drag the dirt in with you.
