WHOLE HOUSE CLEANING + TIDYING After Winter Illnesses

We've recently been hit with illnesses in our household and as a result, the house has gotten a little bit out of order. In today's video I'm tackling the mess and given the whole house a clean and tidy.

She loves just staring at the people walking by. We live by a cut-through to the local primary school so she likes to stare/bark at the kids walking by 🤣

A friend of mine has a 4yr old as well, her room is the same. She has a box for toys and a box for clothes.the clothes she has put into the bottom of her wardrobe.When she goes into thec4yrolds room,all clothes go into the wardrobe box, and all toy's into the toybox. Every 2 days she washes the clothes,replacing the cothes from the box( she keeps the clean clothes in her own room) It works for her. I do feel for you... Maybe you could adapt this for you until she moves out of this phase?

That’s a really good idea, I might use that one. It would save me a lot of time doing if that way. I think my daughter would also need a box for hair accessories/jewellery as well.

That’s a very judgemental, strange thing to comment on a stranger’s video! She gets walked every day. She just loves staring out the window.

Don't you encourage your children to help put things away? That's how they learn that when they've had things out, they also have to put them back. It gradually takes them on the path in life of tidying their rooms, clearing up after themselves whatever they do. It was a routine and gradual for my son, so it just became normal and not so much of a chore for him.

I do encourage them and 2 year old is very good at this, but my 4 year protests a lot so we’re still working on that. Like I said in the video though, we had all been suffering with illnesses so it was harder to keep on top of the tidying.
