@@trcs3079 This place in particular is in the middle of nowhere. Princeton, TX doesn't have many Asian people. It was mainly white farmers/country folk until 5-10 years ago when new homes started being built (even then some chain stores stay around the freeway while mom and pop stores are within the heart of the city). If Filipinos from all over Dallas venture out there then it must be decent.

the dumpling soup is called “pancit molo” it’s more typically cooked by people in the visayas especially in Iloilo City for the name is derived from a district there. Also, there is a lot of Chinese influence in Filipino cuisine that actually predates the spanish period and one of them is the pancit molo.

Mmm, the whole fried mackerel... My husband laughed at me because I was practically drooling, imagining the taste and remembering memories. I'm Filipino but grew up in a Caucasian family, so didn't get to have it often, but when I did🤤🤤🤤

LOL, it didn't take you long to find Ddong ggos! You should also try the Korean BBQ chicken place literally in that same shopping district! As well as kurobuta for some good ramen. That area is packed with good eats!

I thought you are in the Philippines, with the weather and the native kitchen. With smoke all over the place. Haha. Typically looks like a Philippine province/countryside.

I have lived in Texas for 18 years. If you think this is hot, then you need to get your affairs in order before summer.

No, we're not as bad as other parts of The South. (I'm looking at you Vicksburg, Mississippi.) But, our summers are nasty. The weather is nice right now & he's having issues. That summer train is coming and will hit him hard. Poor guy. I feel for him.

Whenever Mike gets to OKC and I get to join in on a food tour of the Asian District here, he's going to have to order his eggs on the side since I don't do well with eggs any longer.

as a Pinoy, I sincerely am proud of fellow Pinoys who has restaurantsin other countries that don't change their recipes just to cater the Westerners tongue. AS IS WHERE IS! when you change even one ingredient.... it will never be Filipino Food. never compromise. and OH!! her actual kitchen is very Pinoy. haha! GOOD LUCK to all Pinoys and their FOOD business abroad and here in the Phils. cheers y'all! God bless!
