@ buddy I’m literally currently employed as a chef and have worked in starred kitchens for over a decade 😂. I get you’re a fan, but you clearly have zero idea how the industry actually works. He never “worked” in those places, they were just what’s called a “stage” (pronounced staahzh) which is basically an unpaid work internship. He is not a chef, nor is he a professional cook. He’s an influencer who is better at cooking than the average person and that’s all. If you’d a more detailed breakdown of why this chicken recipe is ass I’m happy to provide it.
