OTG Settings: 1. Preheat the oven to 170 C with power on both rods (with convection fan) for 10 mins. 2. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at the same temperature & settings or until the top of the bread turns slightly brown. NOTE: My oven is small and it won't allow the baking pan to rotate 360 degree, that's why I prefer This arrangement. Please feel free if you have any queries during baking. Ramya, we can use instant dry yeast of any brand that are readily available at your local shops. Just remember to check the packaging date, it should be currently packed. Found it with this one. Interior space cavity was large, but the outside was smaller than my old one. I love the one-button push for 1-6 minutes, and the 30 second add or 30 second start. and MOST IMPORTANTLY, I love how you can adjust the power level during cooking. The reviews said it could not be done, but this marked all the other boxes. and happy to say, it does. I can hit 1 minute start, and change the power level from 10 to 5, 30 seconds in, without interruption. my favorite feature!

First bread recipe in the world where instead of having an oven spring we have a oven shrinkage!!! You don't know much about baking bread but definitely good in staging, video shooting, editing, music post processing. Get yourself a good cook and it will do wonders for you.

Totally unrelated to the recipe but this has been very helpful to me. I have a slightly larger bread pan (newly bought!) which fell over the rotating ring because of the turntable (can't turn it off in LG) . I had to clean up the microwave and had to do away with the whole fallen batter. I did not know we could remove the turntable and try it then. No revolving. The pan remains in one place. Many Many Thanks!

Thank you, beautiful video, very informative. I replicated it exactly, well, I tried to, but my bread ended up being dense, heavy and doughy. Did not get a good colour too. Had rested it for 2.5 hours for first proofing and 20 mins for second. Don't kniw where I went wrong! Also, your bread had reduced in size too. After second proofing, it was below the edge of the mould! I thought bread only rises more...

I stumbled on your channel by mistake and since then i am completely addicted to it. I always wanted to make new dishes and purchased a Morphy Richards OTG. I have a few questions. I am sorry it may sound stupid but how much grams you take in one cup. The reason i am asking is because i have three size cups at my place and i don't want to mess up the ingredients.
