The place where this man played the violine was actually my way between uni lectures. Sometimes I had to get to another institute for another lecture. I have extremely painful periods (with vomiting etc) so my doctor prescribed me 400mg ibuprofen to take 3 times a day ... I am not a huge fan of drugs but I least I can be as productive as usual. I advice you to see a specialist they can really help u :)

Hey, here is something that worked for me and a few others I know. I recommend frequent exercise (edit: before/after your periods. I don't exercise during the cycle, but you can if u want :P) It can be something as simple as a 5 min ab workout and some cardio. strengthens the lower stomach area and I've had pain free periods ever since + the periods end quicker (big yay). I used to use pills but they come with their own negatives, I only use it as a last resort now. If regular exercise is not up your alley (like me most of the times) , a hack you can try is intense exercise for a week prior to the periods. Everyone's body is different but I hope it works for you too. If it doesn't and the pain is extreme , then you should check with a doctor, but don't push yourself to study when you're sluggish, sometimes your body needs the rest :)

A hot water bottle and a hot drink always ease the pain for me, I was in the same situation and my doctor put me on the pill and my pain was so much better, but definitely talk to your doctor and see what they can do!

thanks for your video. 2 years ago now I was living my Erasmus in berlin and this is bringing tears to my eyes. I loved Berlin but winter was hard with uni work, and I was SO lonely. however seeing you at "my" castle and in "my" neighbourhood is bringing back the good memories I am needing right now. and if you're needing some cats while you're in Berlin, go to zur Mieze in Charlottenburg, even if it's on the other side of Berlin. The owners are lovely and even if they don't have wifi, it was honestly my second home! maybe if you tell them you come following advice from a french girl they will even remember me ;)
