Hi, Reholile. Would you kindly explain what the differences are between a 1st year associate and a senior associate? Is everyone who's new there a 1st year associate or does it depend on your level of experience when joining the firm? I recently applied for a few posts senior SHE / sustainability associate posts and I'm wondering how it works?

Hey Sam, an associate is someone who is considered to be in their first year of working (relevant experience only) and a senior associate is someone in their third year of working. New people can join at all levels- associates, associate 2s, senior associates, managers etc. Did this clear anything up?
