Because it has more sustain than morello build and also allows for split pushing she otherwise doesn't have, that's with the lich bane included of course. It also allows you to really take advantage of trades in lane. those autos are really important these days. The teamfight/burst potential with gunblade, lich and deathcap/void is just really good compared to morello as well.
