Mine just keeps showing the "whoop" logo and buzzing it's not taking me to the reset options. Also I have a hard time turning it on it seems like it only turns on when it wants to so my son rarely gets to mess with it.

My son used to carry this tablet he passed away earlier this month and I couldn't get into the tablet to save my life the bad thing about it is I had to erase everything that was in the tablet but I could still use it and I can cherish it .

I've searched far and wide to find the right screen protector for the Whoop tab-10us and I found NOTHING about it. Do you sell it in your company or what do you recommend what size fits best for it? It just powers back on every time on step 3! I never get the menu to reset no matter how quickly i press the volume up & power button together & let go right away, with the cover off!

So I did this and it’s still asking me to log into the old account connected to the tablet I’ve done this three times this is my girlfriends tablet she couldn’t remember the passkey and the email she had connected has no way to recover the account so I’m not sure what to do at this point I feel like just throwing the thing away

EDIT : I can say on step two ...I found it easier to hold power button and up button and as soon as you press them both, let go of only the vol up button. It put me in the menu everytime . ds

3 Things. Just to confirm, this method DOES work, but I recommend not expecting it to on the first few tries. 1. Remove the case protector. Sometimes , especially on older devices, dirt, grit , and wear and tear require more precise and firm button presses. 2. Step 2 was actually the hardest for me as I only got it to bring up the menu once out of countless times. Even the nice calm man in the video did a video edit showing only the attempt that worked . Last but not least : Step 3 : Even if you do succeed, all might still be for naught as if it wasn't originally yours, you will have to now contend with Google's security "factory reset protection" in my case from a tablet I found mine in some tech bin at a flea market. Someone tossed it simply because the charge port had a broken off charge cord head still in it.
