Thanks for those two whoop videos. Exactly the answers, I was looking for. Cause I wasn’t sure, if I could somehow wear it for mma ground training.

Hey, thanks for the review. Just ordered that arm sleeve for boxing. I'd definitely take that hydro sleeve off your hands if you are still looking to send it out. Just let me know, thanks again for the review!

What’s the name of that arm strap?

Have you ever rolled with the wrist strap? I'm wondering how that would be compared to using the arm sleeve. If so, which do you think is better for Jiujitsu?
@cgmaison57952 жыл бұрын
I have and honestly it kept moving around and getting too loose. I swear by the bicep strap

@@cgmaison5795 I've been rolling with the compression shorts for the last few months and I honestly forget that I have it in. Works great. I have the bicep strap but haven't had a chance to use it yet.

Awesome I’ve been looking into getting some of those ! That’ll be my next purchase

I’m sure this varies a ton person to person but how many calories do you burn during a typical bjj class? I’ve always been curious
@cgmaison57952 жыл бұрын
Sorry for the delay on this. So if it’s a typical drilling class like some drills light live it’s about 300. If it’s open mat fully live for an hour it’s about 750-900

How did you size it brother?

The arm sleeve
@cgmaison57953 жыл бұрын
I kind of just eyed it. I’d say get a smaller size then you think. It tends to stretch a little

Hey mate great video, I want to wear it when I spar for boxing. What are your thoughts? Would it get damaged or do you know someone that would know? Thanks heaps!
@cgmaison57953 жыл бұрын
I use the arm sleeve from whoop. It’s padded over the whoop. I don’t think you’d have any issues sparring. I wear it to bjj all the time during hard rolls

Be absolutely clear that Whoop’s sleep tracker is highly flawed. Last night it recorded that I was “awake” for 4 hours and 35 minutes. Total nonsense…
@cgmaison57952 жыл бұрын
Sorry you had this experience. All sleep trackers besides the ones doctors use seem to have their flaws. I’ve compared data from Garmin, apple and whoop. All have their issues. The one I find most accurate is whoop. I’m only judging that on how I feel on days when it says things like fully recovered etc…my whoop for me at least has helped me change and correct a lot of recovery and sleep issues I have.
