This will always be my favorite movie. I grew up un south ms. I woukd visit the pinbelt with my father and it was so black and white still in the 90s. I hated going to church, bible school or any where with groups. I never could understand the segregation still. The gulf coast where my home is, is like a whole other state. We have all races and mixed. Our own melting pot. And we love and respect each other
