To win the battle you just have to kidnap the enemy leader (intrigue tree) and the higher intrigue the better! Also inviting people to help out with the kidnapping helps alot. Get them to accept with hooks and bribes

Go to court - click invite claimants. Play as tribal if you want it easier to expand, tribal nations can subjugate each other (like a whole douchy) you can also use skills like fake claims (intrigue tree) or ask the pope

Pressed claims are passed to your children, so you can marry someone with a pressed claim on a kingdom and your heir will have a claim on the whole kingdom.

The feudal lords have tons of restrictions. Go vikings and you are more free!

Go to the lifestyle tree - there you can find force vassalisation, cheaper casus belli and also marry people who have claims to the land! Sometimes you have to murder a few and marry a few to get good claims!

Well whole kingdomes are harder. But 1. Relatives might have claim to the throne 2. Murder him and see if it splits 3. Buy claims from pope 4. Invade Kingdom option 5. Try to piis him off o you become rivals and ee if you can attack then
