there's a key skill in here that might be overlooked... it's being able to scan the audience and instantly come up with these exact members who are somewhat shy / reserved and who wouldn't be entirely comfortable in the spotlight I wonder sometimes what would happen if they went completely in the opposite direction and picked an overeager, enthusiastic broheim whom you probably couldn't get to shut up... probably wouldn't be in the live audience for this show :)
