WCW was right to book Hogan vs Flair for Bash At The Beach. Waiting for Starrcade would have killed any momentum Hogan vs Flair had once Hogan arrived.

This Bash at the Beach was really a 1 match show. WCW was putting all of their eggs on Hulk Hogan coming in and taking them to the top. It was a clear case that WCW was Hogan's world and we were just living in it. Sensational Sherri was 1 hell of a worker and manager. She wasn't like most women who wanted the spotlight on them. She wanted to make whoever her client was looking good. It was funny seeing how they ended the night. It wasn't how Bruce put it Hogan must pose. It was the confusion on who would say goodbye.

Anyone notice bash at beach is a big PPV got hogan . bash at beach 1994 was hogan first match ,1996 was his heel turn and 2000 bash at beach was his last WCW apperance

@@HhhHhhh-nu4lm Yeah. A bit random. But I guess ever since it featured Hogan's debut they just decided it was their big event of the summer. Problably felt the Great American Bash as the big summer PPV was a bit dated.

Could you imagine if Austin woulda got over like he did in the wwf in the wcw before he got all the injuries? Man he could work with the best of them in early mid 90s. Not saying he wasn’t a great worker as Stone Cold but he was much more agile and quick as Stunning Steve.

WCW Bash at the Beach 1994 was the biggest PPV at the time it was Hulk Hogan vs Ric flair. The match that should have happened in WWE at WrestleMania 8. Had Hogan not come to WCW they would not have a great PPV buyrate If im right. As for the event, I did not expected all the heels winning ever match except the Main event that Hogan won. That was rare then, all the heels winning their respective matches. Sting was scheduled to Lord Steven Regal but was I guess he was injured because his eye it was replaced to Johnny b badd. I remembered Jesse Ventura was guest commentary for a couple a matches, I can tell he was not all into the event because Hogan in the building. That what I remembered about the event.

i was a wwf fan and was sick of hogan and so when he went to wcw i was hoping flair would kick his ass...hulkamania was dead for me in '94 and you could hear pretty fast that after the initial pop the wcw fans were done with hogan too.

Triple H was NEVER the star Steve Austin was, he's NOT one of tge greatest of all time (don't confuse kayfabe for fact), and Triple H was only a "big star" because Vince wanted to fuck him and because he was buddies with HBK.. Talk about being a "smart mark" guys. If you can't name 10 stars who were vigger draws than Triple H, then I question you're outlooks.
