You can soak your fingernails in 1/2 water 1/2 white vinegar to try and kill the orange fungus (if that's what it is). It'll take a while of doing that daily, but it should work over enough time.

And it would be especially true if you have any other treatments like creams or whatnot that you're also doing to them.
