@@pratikshalevelup Yeah it's a journey. First is Realisation and Belief "whatever material I want, has to come with peace of mind. If not, I say No to the goal. Eventually, both will come". Then comes affirmations in morning. Writing 10 lines of thanks at the start of the day. In the end, including lines of "Time Freedom" or "work life balance". E.g. I perform all my duties ahead of deadline, and enjoy my Time Freedom with family. I did this for some 6 months. Results started showing in first month itself, but in 6 months, the process was complete. Was moved to a new team. 2 years, since I wrote those lines, but they got so engraved in my psyche now, I enjoy the same level of time freedom (without sacrificing my ratings).

@@pratikshalevelup excuse if multiple replys from my side, earlier one seems to have not been registered. Nevertheless - 10 lines of thanks, 10 mins Anulom vilom (total) in morning (if possible repeat in evening), gives power to your intentions. Read about the concept of 'Vibration'. - when actually in the negative situation, try Kali mudra for 11-15 mins (very very easy, can be done when in a meeting). A lion sleeps 18 hours a day and a donkey works 18 hours a day if hardwork is the key to success then donkey would be the king of the jungle and not lion

It depends where and how you put your hardwork in use

And sometimes people blame doctors for being ill behaved without knowing they have been working on the floor for the last 24-30 hours on an average as a resident. Sometimes shift may stretch even upto 36 hours.

I am also the victim of this criminal forced culture of so called Hard work. Dad mechanical engineer from Osmania University 71 passout and MBA from JNTU and most importantly he's a retired colonel from the Indian army. I was forced into engineering and then MS in IT IS from Australian University. Then an IT job by peer pressure. Wanted to study literature and culture of the world. Though money 💰 wise it's decent and worked in 4 different countries including India, I still think I would be happy studying literature and cultural heritage studies. But whatever the fate I have accepted. Period.

@@abishaipaul2298 I wish I could. But at 43.years another domain and career from the scratch seems s bit sketchy, especially with 12 years of experience as a senior software professional. Might develop it as a part time job if I move overseas soon hopefully where there is a genuine demand for the literature and cultural studies and work.
