Well it’s actually both since they work together. But I usually tell my players to use their left (for right handers) because their shoulders stay back.

Though i have too, its usually the opposite for me …because of decades of improper technique it feels more powerful to not bow my wrist and i seem to always revert to a cupped wrist or flicking to straighten ball flight 🤷🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️

Glad to see my hell without me (in the beginning ) 😂….oh snap right off the bat i see why the flashlights werent the solve they shouldve been …time to dig it back out again and practice.. I keep editing this comment as i see new “same” issues i have …where Patrick starts topping etc (around 14+mins) is what screws me up during a round or practice . So ill revert back towards flicking at it after multiple misses like that .. now i know its a matter of more practice and its not just me lol👍🏼👍🏼

Somehow i forgot about working on the wrist bow i was working on awhile back(and was starting to hit half well) and gave up on the flashlight drill.. this video should be attached to that old original flashlight video for idiots like me who need constant reminding 😬🤦🏼‍♂️👍🏼✌️

Great video. My issue continues to either hit right behind the ball or right under the ball, never in front of the ball. If I am in fluffy lie I can hit it perfectly. Help 😂
