The main flaw which I noticed in our education system is limiting our ability to learn or grab new things. First they assigned us few books that too with limited syllabus to mug up for a year - which since a childhood a child is allowed to think that this work needed a year to complete. While in reality it's just a matter of month or two. It was the beginning where a child started to view simple blocks as a mountain.
