Libra is one of those signs that needs to be left alone. They cut for highly immature reasons because they're undeveloped. I'm an Aquarius and I don't like too many Libras. If I'm ghosted I hope they never come back because the only thing I will do is return the favor. I have like, no Libra in my chart, but my closest friends are both Libras, and when they ignore me, I know that they're struggling. I mean obviously if it's just some Libra you recently met it could be a different story, but yknow, being ruled by Venus, I find that they'll disappear and ignore me when they're not...pretty. So what happened with my Libra was we were sort of seeing each other but I changed my mind because I was confused about where I stood with him so we agreed to be friends but were still texting every day.
