Been monk since the first lockdown… lost my job (that I no longer liked), started to focus on who I am and what I like… now I live in accordance of what I think, I think the same as I talk and I do what causes me the least stress… after a while you start to eliminate 90 percent of people (in general), same as cutting off sugar from your diet I guess… who you associate with becomes very important, and even though people are social animals and blablabla monk mode saved me… I keep my options open but I kept the same habits as before (trying to get by on a budget, not caring about what others think of me or what I do,…) and not a single bone in my body is thinking about laying next to someone on a couch somewhere…FOH…. Like coach said in one of his previous videos: people don’t love, people are co-dependent… and misery loves company so I stay alone, and enjoy it more every day.

Only a couple of decades ago, men were highly suspect in the community if they were not married by 30 and childless by 40. It was considered odd to be single and trying to pick up women at an older age. It's still rather strange and against the natural order. I'm in monk mode about 6 months at a clip, when i need a break i travel when i need to let the devil out. i stopped messing with western women due to the risk v reward. that downtime lets me focus on my work, investing and goals.
