So arresting thiefs for corruption is good but introducing better and maintained policies for prevention is so much more of worth. And thats were SA is seen as a problem because they just lack that ability.

Inflation remains under control if you are navigating with government reported numbers, which relies on cpi basket gerrymandering. Lowering rates will facilitate greater money printing which is the root cause of inflation. The US is running a $233m per hour deficit with a trillion annual interest payment.
