Court has also said it's EDs Incompetence that 2 years old case still even charges are not framed. Just arrest and keep in jail.. also why arrest on 9th summon, why not on 6th or 7th summon. If you have waited for so long what 20 days more will be a problem.?? Also again ED has not filed any charges. Just said that they have the right to arrest. So like normal people kejriwal should remain in jail. But don't focus on that.. only say SC is wrong in cases where the results are not in line with your opinion...

Also it's a fact BJP only files cases under UAPA during their first term and PMLA against people during their second term. Both are non-bailable and during mostly in all of these cases trial is not started even after 3-5 or even 7 years... Just sometimes chargesheets are filed. Courts have started to give bails considering incompetence. 3-5 years and trials not even started.
