The student visa rejection is due to Nostrification of high school diploma

Nope! They just started this nostrification thing recently. It is still part of the scheme to reject more visas thereby reducing the number of immigrants from 3rd world countries.

I got rejection on 18/9/2024 that i may not go back home after my contract. I made appeal indicating them that i am a single father with a kid of 4 years and a sick parent back in my country. But on my application shows that am single. will they ask about the mother of my kid?? thank you bro.

Letting them know you're a single father and your application showing you are single is the same thing. So, why would they ask you about the mother of your kid?
