I get this uncomfortable feeling in my gut whenever I hear you giggle or laugh out of context because I too have these behavioral traits and yes they are a result of a certain psychological consequence of dealing with not being understood or misunderstood, ultimately leading to isolation even when you are surrounded by people. To see you and hear you be that exaggerated when it comes to entertaining a person or even yourself is like I am being forced to scrutinize myself and it triggers my anxiety. I can feel the weakness in my hands even when I am typing. I am not in a stage of life and don't have the finances to seek psychotherapy but I hope you are doing it and it works for you even if takes too long. ❤️
