@@alexdionisio9360 it’s difficult, the closer I get the more people come out of no where to shed doubt on my decisions. These people claim to care about me but they take steps to derail me. Apart of me likes it because it confirms I’m on to something. However it hurts when someone doesn’t support you, whether it’s right or wrong.
@alexdionisio93602 жыл бұрын
@@ENVDTV It's like they're "pushing" their beliefs on you. Just as Christians want unbelievers to believe in Jesus, unbelievers want Christians to renounce their faith, or in your case, maintain your unbelief. Follow your convictions even if it means losing your family and friends. If you know something to be true, the logical response is to believe it, speak it, and practice it. I as a former atheist certainly lost so many people in my life since I followed Jesus Christ, and I don't regret it. I love being my true self, being bold in preaching my beliefs, and being enlightened to the truth. God loves you and is drawing you to himself so you can be forgiven and have eternal life in Jesus Christ. Ignore those who derail you. Repent and confess to God that you are sinful, and trust that the blood, body, and death of Jesus has covered all your sins and bought you eternal life, and most importantly, trust that God raised him from the dead and will return to save his people and start his eternal reign in God's kingdom. May our gracious heavenly Father bless you.

I thank God for you devout men who are leading us thru the Red Sea, to Canaan's land! The Churches of Christ, greet you. I was so afraid that God would be silent in my life time. Any way here is my writing... Hi My World, and Welcome To It Come inside and look around For in this world God can be found He took the wrong and made the right For in His arms I found the True Light! Altho at times, I let HIM down But as I grew, I came around... For this Firm Foundation that I had would always lead me When I was sad... For it was then when I could hear Him ... Gently whisper... My beloved child do not sin...

Love that you guys are talking about this. While the Bible does not specifically tell us how old the earth is, people estimate based off different things. But I do know science and God are definitely not at odds because God created science.
@ElChuvyDuvy3 жыл бұрын
They estimate it based off the generations of people mentioned in the bible. Genesis and the books of Chronicles mention ages and years those people lived and the years certain kings ruled the earth. It is not just a random estimate. It's a pretty close estimate, as we know when Jesus roamed the Earth, and the bible tells the genealogy of Jesus's stepfather (Joseph) that leads all the way to Adam. Just a quick note.

This is the BEST. I'm a believer and have a firm faith and knowledge in and of my Lord and Savior and know that every word in the Scriptures is absolute truth, and these things you're pointing out still amazed me..I have one atheist son and one who's agnostic, leaning on the atheist side, and I want them both to watch this so bad, but I already know they won't. Do you have any ideas for me to get thru to them? They're sooo set in their ways.
@ginabizzarosghosts78312 жыл бұрын
@Ella brown The fact that you're here makes me think you're not quite an atheist. Maybe you want answers? I can assure you, God is real, Jesus is real, and He did indeed die on the cross for you..When God formed you in your mother's womb, He did it because He chose you to be with Him in heaven for eternity. But God is a gentleman, in that, if there's a thousand miles between you and Him, He'll take 999 towards you, but then He'll wait for you to take the last step to Him. He chose you, but at the same time, gives you the choice to accept Him back.
@ginabizzarosghosts78312 жыл бұрын
@Ella brown 🌸💕 I promise if you put aside 5 minutes today and just talk to God, as tho He's right there at your side, you won't be the same. I promise. Imagine Jesus sitting on the end of your bed, day after day, just looking at you, smiling, but patiently waiting for you to talk to Him. He's so in love with you.

Here are some of my favorite quotes about God, or related to the same. The only way God can show us that he is in control is to put us in situations that we can't control. Time won't make you forget. It will make you grow and understand things. Accept what is. Let go of what was. Have faith in what will be. If God brings you to it, he will bring you through it. The only limits in life are the ones you set. If it doesn't challenge you, it won't change you. If the door doesn't open, it's not your door. Put God first and you'll never be last. Do your best, and God will do the rest. When life gets too hard to stand, kneel. If you feel far from God, guess who moved. When you are down to nothing, God is up to something. If you are enduring some difficulty, and wonder where God is, remember that the teacher is always quiet during the test. God will wreck your plans, if he sees your plans are about to wreck you. You can make many plans, but the Lord's purpose will prevail. Evil preaches tolerance, until is becomes dominant. Knowing the Bible is one thing. Knowing the author is another. You may fool your pastor and you may even fool yourself, but you will never fool God. Know Jesus; know Heaven. No Jesus; no Heaven. The Bible was not given to us for information. The Bible was given to us for transformation.

This is what I talk about all the time! People try to say well animals can be immoral, no they can't because they act on instincts of survival. Our rationality is given to us. It's what we received when we Eve ate the fruit, that's why they immediately covered up with leaves and made clothes. They could see how God could see things, and think for themselves. The knowledge of right and wrong, without rationality and knowing the difference to know good and evil we would be able to act on survival instincts and we wouldn't be any different from animals. The root of all things in the universe have a functionality with a tied in purpose as everything we know. Humans are able to see the difference and to me this is their purpose If humans throw aside their ability to think, it can easily become sin. Doing what you want is acting without thought, on instincts and not doing right by others is immoral. All actions need potential, and the universe all is connected from bottom up like you said we are able to explore through science, but these are NOT answers of where they come from and the purpose.

When people are on drugs they let their mind go to a really sick place and so when they're coming to Christ and they feel the conviction they learn a lesson and Jesus doesn't give up on us if we have to go through hard trials to learn them lessons then we have to we have to give our own selfish desires and sicknesses up and that's really hard on new Christians when they have been taught way different or they really truly never had somebody that loved them the way Jesus loves us

So , I’m a Christian and believe in God obviously, but I have a question. Since one of our “arguments” or points is that everything has to have a greater cause than the effect that happened For instance like they say the Big Bang, everything happened because of the explosion And we say well what caused the explosion? Where did it come from? And there’s always an unanswered question of that And for us we say we came because God created us , but wouldn’t that be a point that can be turned around by atheists ? Because where did our God come from? Like I said I’m Christian and I believe in his existence. But I’ve heard that question before from people and how do we go about that ?

people say that because everything that exists have a cause. But God doesn't need a cause, because He never came into being. He was not done. he was not created He IS. At the first, God was a verb. It doesn't depend on anything or anyone for its existence.
@larissaballielo55133 жыл бұрын
@@lloyd355 well,you think that all of this came from a explosion of nothing? i can assert a creator for it because i have faith and i believe in the Bible, we have a lot of proves that God exist. and if we replace the word God to universe in what i said, it will not make sense, because universe needs a cause, but God doesn't, because He IS the cause.

@@lloyd355 well, you came here, a video that proves the existence of God, just to irritate the christians, because you don't believe in He? and instead of refuting what I said, just call me ignorant. Did you even watch the video you're commenting on? if not, watch and then talk to me, ok?
@johnehrenreich6543 Жыл бұрын
Cause and effect is a good point to start from because if we came into existence by big bang then there is no cause but happenstance. That means there is no purpose which means no law, no structure which means nothing matters. Why do we crave structure in our lives? Why do we make laws? We are trying to bring structure to something that doesn’t matter. Just as chance created everything (their words) so chance will destroy it. You have no controls or plausible responsibility’s. Morality has no place no standards, no right and wrong. Everything exists by chance. Take it to its fullest affect, there is no authority, government has no place as well for a greater good
