🎉- welcome to the channel! Thank you for your question. So, I’ve just been diving into the SP Arena. But I have dealt with this particular thing with other manifestations across Reddit. Yes, terms of this, do you want to become whatever it is that you want. Same with the SP. I know it sounds easy. But I also know it can be difficult, depending upon the belief that we carry with us. But you can overcome.

Thank you. I am trying to free myself from obsession but due to separation anxiety and childhood abondonment wound its very hard. How can we focus on our freedom and joy while panic and anxiety is there?

Hello! Thank you for visiting the channel. So a lot of this is about practice. But there’s also a very important element that I don’t find encouraged in many manifestation circles, and that’s taken care of our mental health. That’s what the Bible refers to as the synagogue. The way we think. How we think. All of these elements all create our current sense of self. And so doing things like meditation, also check out my videos on NLP techniques. I’m also going to be creating a book of techniques around that to give to people. Also, feel free to join the discord at the link above. It’s free. Super supportive. Also, if you’re interested, email me about coaching packages. But the one thing that you want to do, is create a daily meditation practice.do something physical with your body whenever anxiety comes on. Even if it means, just looking funny and dancing in place. But change your environment. That’s gonna be super key. You’ve got this!

Also, just to say, if you are looking for any coaching to help with childhood abandonment, these are areas that I do specialize in. In terms of focusing on freedom, you have to find ways to down regulate the fear center of your mind. Doing things like meditation. Choosing an exercise practice. Having clear set goals for each day. Feeling like you are worthy of having the best life ever. That’s key.
