Make an ad yourself. Buy the product and take a day or two making and producing a video, your own ad. Having a different view and unique ad will put you aside from the competition. Learn how to market the product correctly. I’m a big believer you should first find the problem and then the solution before anything else. Hope that helps.

Start to differentiate with different suppliers. You can still get great results using Amazon, Walmart, eBay, etc… but to really differentiate use different suppliers not many other people are using…also try bundling products together…also make your listings better than everyone else’s by using videos and not just pictures…etc…

Yes you can dropship Amazon to mercari. Just make sure you use at least 1 review image. Dropshipping is technically against their TOS…but there’s ways around it. I used to have videos about it, but they sent me a cease and desist letter lol.
