I agree with this too. I will generally present myself as an equal (mirroring) to less assertive individuals in the workplace and in my personal life to try and help them to learn to stick up for themselves and to help them recognize the pride they should have for their abilities. They can practice on me. However if an alpha comes along and tries to stop this from happening, or mistakes my kindness for weakness, I will show them in front of everyone how to bring them down a peg or two. An alpha cannot compete with my emotional and intellectual intelligence because I can demonstrate what other people need and respect and it comes more naturally. People may not like me because the alpha is very good at shaming others and keeping them loyal. But alphas hate that I don't fear them and that I won't comply with their fear inducing tactics. I will point out their wrongdoings straight to their face so the ignorant or fearful individuals have an idea of how to take down the bully.

Yesss, I have a friend who is like this. It's a constant need to compete where there's no competition. Demanding of attention. Passive when people are better or getting attention. One upper. Know it all. Loudly arrogant.

I have always been extremely hard working. I grew up as a Latchkey kid and started working when I was 14 years old. Unfortunately, my *career in the same field for 30 years, is in the legal field. They never give you compliments--only petty criticism--and you are not given the opportunity to counter anything. I have been wronged by people countless times, just because they could. This is why I have had so many jobs. Employers are still low-balling and taking advantage, along with the ever-present fear that is alive and well. I really thought people would become kinder considering COVID--boy was I wrong. So incredibly sick of dealing with people's lies and over-exaggerated egos.

True alpha infj hate dominating people and don't do it, we hate injustice, bad and negative people etc... We are confident, we are not haters, we are not jealous, we don't take down people without any good reason (like people are bad with us or we see an injustice), we don't get angry easily, we are highly sensitive to others energies, we like being alone on our own, we don't seek attention, validation or appreciation. Simply we dont need people we only need ourselves it's not egoist its normal to put ourself first!!! People who act like you said are not true alpha!!! Funny this...transparency is the key, because they will think you re trying to better them in the workplace, and you show them you have nothing to hide, your game is simply much better than anyone elses incl theirs. My work is good, and yes the compliments and questions roll in. I m used to it and don t brag. I get annoyed when the pettiness and jealousy from less competent workers are thrown at me. Yes, they can do it but they have to expect the reprecussions, bevause i make sure to have their incompetent work and dumb mistakes from being lazy ready to put on the table for everybody to see and hear. And they will be on my radar. When my heyoka sigma comes out, beware. But, other than that, i m a nice person....

It’s crazy seeing how alpha’s react to me entering a room. Specifically one I can think of. Like the epitome of alpha, insane charisma, on roids and built like Thor with long luscious hair, physically attractive face etc. a lot of the girls swoon to him. But I’ve dealt one on one with a lot of the same females, and although I’m not trying to seduce them, my subtle charm and wit along with depth in conversation and understanding plus that little bit of mysterious allure makes me somewhat enchanting I guess. So when I walk into a room where the alpha literally has 4 women surrounding him, I can look at one and make a little funny facial gesture and bam, all their attention is drawn away from the alpha… and he definitely notices hahaha I’ve always wondered why he would stare at me a lot, trying to figure me out. I’m not openly social or loud, I’m just a lean build, he’s probably got 30kgs of muscle on me, and my face is just an average joe, yet I walk and and steal that attention he has fought for so hard hahaha. It’s funny to me, yet in the next breath I feel bad for him too because he needs that validation to fulfill something missing inside of him. And there comes the INFJ in me, I’m not competing and I care about his feelings lol fml Edit: he has a few times tried to alpha over me (like prove how much cooler he is than me), and I agree with him and feed his ego a little, all the while giving off a very loud sign that I’m also not intimidated nor do I care, which he also picks up on. So he now barely says hi to me anymore lol he knows he can’t win so just lets me be.

There is no such thing as an "alpha" personality type. Alpha is narcissism and has all the symptoms of narcissism including a need to be right even when they are wrong and a need for aggression. Alpha's are primitive and lack awareness of self. They have built personalities based upon how to succeed in a dysfunction, fallen world of egos run amok. The sigma personality type is far more advanced because they have dealt with their narcissism, have challenged and integrated their shadow, and have a more authentic and spiritually aligned ego.

Sorry sir, but "alpha" or "sigma" is not even pseudoscience, it's just bunch of stereotypes glued up together. I would even assume astrology makes more sense than greek letter "characteristics", at least therr is some theory or consistency across zodiac signs.. Please keep MBTI out of this. Its actually useful tool but not when you use stereotypes as much as you do, its a big big stretch to actual psychology science.
