From my personal experience ‘spiritual attacks highlight our own fear within our belief system. A download I received was that nothing can ‘attach,attack’ us energetically. It’s the belief that it can that perpetuates the fear. For eg. An energy vampire’ is a highlight to the fact that we are allowing another too much of our focus. They have no power over us unless we give it. The question is why are we giving it airtime? What is the belief around the situation. Even if you feel a draining sensation it’s our own energy trying to get our attention in order to look at the behaviour. It’s in order to correct victim/lack mentality and return us to our own sovereignty ❤

On a side note, Gnosticism may interest you, Cindy. They are one of the earliest Christians, very similar to Catharism. The heart of their teachings is that everyone has a personal relationship with Christ and the Holy Spirit through something of a spirit quest called gnosis. Consequently, they tend to deny any kind of orthodoxy, as everyone will have a unique journey. Jung was very fond of the Gnostics. One of my favorite texts comes from them: The Thunder; Perfect Mind. What I embrace the most from Gnosticism and Catharism is that they hold a high regard for the Holy Spirit and the divine feminine. This seems essential in a world that has become imbalanced by patriarchal ideology on all fronts.

When you encounter people who operate from the dark arts and black magic, the purity of Christ consciousness is crystal clear in its power and wisdom. Grace, mercy, forgiveness, compassion are all powerful medicine of light. This power also resides in Buddhism, I have found. I fear many are being seduced into the dark arts presently that don't comprehend where their path leads them and what it will eventually exact from them. Having a code can seem to be a disadvantage against people who wield these gifts without honor, but the purity of it is incredibly powerful at protection. This all aligns with right hand path and left hand path teachings. Left hand path might get you immediate results, but they always lead you farther from your heart.

Thank you for sharing Cindy! ❤ physically I’m very alone on my path but not lonely and I’ve always had 100% trust in my spirit team but I also realise some spiritual attacks are to learn from. I’ve had a variety of spiritual attacks over the last few years from entities very subtly bringing my energy and mood down over weeks where it took a while to become aware of it, sometimes I’ve known my vibration was low and I could feel dark entities just hook on and I felt it immediately to the worst which was before I really knew much about protection I had something what I’d call ‘spiritually jump me’ which was where I was standing in the kitchen and I got an image of an entity standing at a train station (which was in my kitchen 🤷🏼‍♂️😂) as I saw it jump on the train in my mind, it had actually jumped into me and literally took over my entire mind for about 3 hours! I fell asleep and it had gone but for 24 hours I literally trusted nobody on the planet, not even best friends!! Once I tripped and fell on the pavement outside a house I knew didn’t have good energy and as I fell it was like a force had physically picked me up and slammed me into the concrete because it wasn’t just a fall, it was way too hard. I’ve always seen these things as a way to be more aware, build my resilience and protection to prevent attacks in the first place as much as possible but once before I really awakened, I lived in a house which I was told every couple ever lived there broke up and I’d just got divorced, while on the phone one night I to someone new I saw a shadow flying around the ceiling and I heard it shout it’ll never let us be together!! On this occasion I suddenly felt like a hand reached into my body and sent such a powerful force of energetic Light up my spine, like a thunderbolt of lightning and I was instantly completely fearless and never felt so powerful in my life, I was covered in goosebumps and the strength I felt was beyond belief! That was my higher self and that dark shadow immediately vanished! That really felt like a hulk moment but really showed me how truly powerful our soul really is in every way! We are all so powerful with such a variety of abilities and senses but it’s truly a blessing to be on this journey to learn and also teach and help others. Love to you Cindy and everyone here 😊❤️

I have been going through spiritual warfare. Tarot readers, like yourself, have been helping me navigate it. They have said I'm a tarot reader, healer, nutrient deficient, bump on the left bottom side of my lip, that it's from an obsessed family member, and the circumstances they describe are correct so all these things are true about me. Along with my own telepathy and psychic touch I have managed victory somewhat but this family member is also psychic and found themselves a little cult and do not want to let go. Thank you Cindy, for sharing. I really can’t wait for your videos. I think I’ve suffered, no I know I’ve suffered from spiritual attacks throughout my life. I’ve overcome quite a bit including illness. I’ve had trauma that hasn’t always allowed me to see the malevolence in others which doesn’t really make sense but it’s because I’ve always felt like it was always my fault if I was being treated badly. People can be incredibly insidious and that has always thrown me off because I always try to see people as being good. I definitely have learned to ignore my intuition, but now I have been working so hard to practice paying more attention to my self before putting others first. Because I don’t know often enough when I’m being spiritually attacked, I wonder if you without giving details of your attack experience , if you could please explain if possible what feeling you got surrounding the circumstances that raised raised the very first red flag for you. I was raised Catholic, but I don’t go to church. Even as a kid we didn’t always go to church. But since I was a kid, Jesus, always rung true for me, and has always provided me with the faith that all things will work out as they should. But it’s the deciphering of the true intentions of others around me that muddles me. Obviously because of this I don’t trust and therefore I will only attract more untrustworthy people if I don’t figure this out. There’s not a night that I don’t go to bed without my rosary in my hand. I don’t care for religion, I believe in the essence of the message of Jesus. ❤Apologize for the long winded comment. 🌺💫

I just wanted to share that Ive had a similar experience and discernment has been a difficult lesson for me to learn. I also wanted to share that I saw a Rosary in my mind yesterday and I used it mentally to pray with because I suddenly got sick yesterday which is very unlike me and I felt it was maybe a spiritual attack. After visually praying with that Rosary and asking for Archangel Raphael's help, and cleansing the space in my house and myself, I woke up today completely fine. I don't follow religion at all (although was raised Catholic like you and we didn't really go to church much either😅), but I feel very close to Jesus, Mary, God and several Archangels. I’m glad you woke up feeling better today, and may it continue . I know that one aspect for me is learning to see people for who they really are, and not how I dream them to be. I’m definitely not perfect myself, and actually am glad I’m not, as it’s allowed me to grow and try to learn what boundaries really mean. I pray I still have time, I’m 64yrs. All the women in my family have really been door mats for controlling men and others and even certain women unfortunately. Generational trauma. The Hail Mary, ( she is the goddess) prayer is my favorite in the rosary, and I say it for all women, children , sisters etc who have and are still experiencing trauma that we may find strength in ourselves and not outside of ourselves. And the Our Father Lord’s Prayer, for it I pray it will quell the power hunger that has run amok in the world , more often than not aggravated by men who are astray . Thank you Cindy; I appreciate you sharing your experience. About I'd say in 2018 thru 2019. I had some freaky stalking situations in my life! When I was living alone and going through a legal separation at that time! Okay frist I thought it had to been my X-husband! However when one of the incidents accured; he was 71/2 hours away! And his truck was not in great condition enough to drive across 2 states and then be back to work at 5 am. So at that point I had security put in that had secondary parties involved that where also montouring the situations I had alarms on the doors to cameras outside 2 cameras inside the dining room and living room. However I did not have alarms on the windows. I'm not rich nor was I rich then. Anyway to shorten my experience 1. Alot of it was Spirits not willing to pass on if you know what I mean. 2. I did catch the person's in my home at 3am on camera; however I could not identify them! Because they wore those Halloween rubber Masks! So months later I was at these so called friends house and I'm standing in there kitchen and I was devastated by what was hanging on a nail by there coat rack! One of the Mask unbelievable! I never said a word I just came up with a excuse being very calm and cool pretending I didn't see shit! And left! For my best interest and safety I didn't turn them in, because I live in the same town as these people! And wasn't going to move away from my family. They were low life people wanted to take advantage of my vulnerability and went along with me believing my x was involved when he wasn't! And to steal from me. Well I did turn it over to God; because for me God as always taken care of those that have hurt me! However I prayed for my own courage and strength to forgive them Not the behaviors! I refused the temptation to seek revenge! I stayed away from them and moved away from that location stopped isolated myself! And later heard of there Karma that came swift! So I truly overcame that through my street Smarts and my faith and beliefs in divine Creator guides, Angels and past on loved ones! Much of my Love&Light many Blissings and successes Namesta 🙏💜

I myself haven't been stalked, but I have had many spiritual attacks. Not sure if the person on the other end of the deal even knows that it's going on or not, but I sure as hell feel it. It happened to me yesterday matter in fact. I feel this huge pressure and it affect my mood. I go from 0 to 1000 on the pissed off scale like the hulk. And it comes out of nowhere. I can normally get a little agitated but things on a whole different level. I wouldn't say that it ruins my day as much as it ruins it for others. Then I take notice and then I do something about it. I ask myself what am I feeling, then why am I mad, and then who am I? And that brings me back in the present moment, not that I'm not already there, but I put more attention on it. But I do a few other things and put a mental block onto the energy. But I've experienced that a bunch of times. It's a real treat to experience it...not. But if it happens to others, I'm not sure what and or even if normal everyday Joe's would do in the same situation, but it would probably be a challenge for them or if they'd even know what wasgoing on. That's just something that I wonder about. Not that I can do much to help them unless they'd ask.

Quiet syncronistic to me, really need your inner system and no longer the output. I personally think that this is what interested me the most since I've discovered you on YT. You clearly have a lot of wisdom to share and helping us understand how you work is the best thing you can share after all those precious sessions. That's like the manual to teach us how to fish and shift on our own. I definitely get how it was important not to share your keys before getting to a stable place yourself. I have experienced the same and it's always intriguing to me to see how, as we shift inside, we notice that our tarot readers do too. Right on… I feel very disconnected to Oct 31st day now. It rubs my spirit wrong and I want to repell it now. I just don’t get it now…why we ever celebrated the complete opposite spectrum of where we feel good. It’s just not in my pay scale anymore.

Cindy , did you begin channeling by meditating or do you meditate to recieve the message? I found when I tried meditating I began getting an uncomfortable focus on my swallowing and I think it’s trying to put me off meditating as I dont think that method is right for me so just wondering if channeling can just come through without having to go into traditional meditative states ? I get a lot of music which I have been getting since my sister died . Also I find this interesting that spirit is ‘changing’ what they want you to do, like the lady of the forest who was recently told she would recieve no more angel messages in the way she has before.,It’s like a step up when the collective is needing these relevant messages from channelers . Thankyou in advance I think this is going to be so needed the latter part of this year and next x
