Its not just Webber since there are three lines which called Wallace-Webber and Lydekker in Indonesia and the fauna/flora itself consists of 3 groups. Here's some information to know: 1. Wallace line regions : -Sunda Shelf (on the west) : Sunda Shelf is slab ranges from Oriental region (Asia Continent). A dividing line was drawn that passes through the Lombok Strait and goes straight to the Makassar Strait. This line ranges from north to south, between Kalimantan and Sulawesi, and between Bali and Lombok. This line complies the biologist name, Alfred Russel Wallace, who in 1858, showed the spread of flora and fauna in SUmatera, Kalimantan, Java and Bali resemples to that of Asia continent. 2. Webber line regions : - Sahul Shelf (On the east) : Sahul Shelf is slab ranges from Australesia (Australia Continent). This line compkies the biologist name Max Weber, who in 1902, showed that flora and fauna spread in this region resembles to that of Australia’s, which roughly runs between Sulawesi and the Maluku Islands and represents the western border of the Papuan region. The Sibolga Expedition (1899-1900) led by Weber found that plants and vertebrates were more precisely divided in the Tanimbar Islands. 3. Lydekker Line regions : Lyddeker's line by Richard Lydekker follows the Sahul shelf, thus runs between Seram and the Banda Islands in the west and New Guinea in the east. The Lydekker Line separates the Wallace area from Eastern Indonesia. 4. Wallacea regions (between Wallace and Lyddeker) : The area between the Wallace Line and the Lydekker Line is called Wallacea.Wallacea is a transitional area between Asian and Australasian fauna. This region constitutes of Sulawesi, Sunda Kecil (Nusa Tenggara both East and West) and North Maluku. Therefore Indonesia archipelago consists of 3 flora and fauna groups according to its spread, Asiatic/Oriental, Australis, and Transition Zone (This zone is also called as Asia-Australis Type). Geologically, western of Indonesia archipelago was attached to Asia continent while on the eastern of Indonesia archipelago was attached to Australia continent.

The Malays did it themselves, they aren't the original populations of the area, they originate in Taiwan and they migrated down and colonised the lands displacing the Negritos and related people who still inhabit isolated areas in the Malay peninsular, Sumatra, and Borneo. Further east past the Wallace line they displaced the Melanesians too, although they are still present in many places, and still dominate the population of New Guinea.

The british or chinese even killed the first Malay that built a bank for our community and its report is hidden. If there's anyone killing anyone its the Malays getting killed by every race ever.

Barn Swallows: These birds migrate from Asia to Australia, crossing the Wallace Line in the process. Oriental Pratincoles: They breed in Asia and migrate to Australia, also crossing the Wallace Line. @jayess99334 ай бұрын
Salinity would be one reason; another big one would be temperature. The fish on either side would be used a specific water temperature, as would the things they ate. A quick drop to 250+ meters would change the water temps enough that crossing it just wouldn’t be worth the risk. They have no idea what’s on the other side, including food. All they know is their shallow-water food sources aren’t in the middle.
