Im at a lost here, why on other videos they're saying that apoquel and cytopoint ia bad for dogs and may die? So, do i have to discontinue using it or continue? We're just giving our dog during allergy season which is summer to fall.

Thank you! It can’t be a coincidence that so many dogs are experiencing these symptoms. I think a lot of the heavy metals may come from vaccinations possibly. There’s most likely a common denominator causing their stubborn itchiness. Just like we have to avoid so much for the sake of our health, so the pets. Pepper’s itchiness comes back every year this time. I wonder if toxic overload would be the root? It won’t hurt to try a detox.

Heavy metals are very common in the environment too so it's not just vaccines. With seasonality, there is most likely environmental pollens and grasses that are causing an issue. Hi Dr Katie, I have just found your videos while searching for something to help our 10 year old ragdoll cat who has been fighting ongoing ear infections over the past 2 years. We have been treating him with Dermotic to no avail and have learned he has polyps near the ear drum as well. The bacterial and fungal infection has not disippated after several ear syringing treatments, antibacterial/fungal antibiotic gel over one month and finally were told he required removal of his ear canals. We have now been referred to a cat specialist 5 hours away who believes it may be food allergies causing this. We are currently on a food isolation trial with daily doses of 20mg Itranox. I am praying this helps him. I am actually writing about my 8.5 year old Bull Arab cross who developed severe skin allergies when we moved to tropical Queensland, Australia. He was 4 years old, had had no allergy issues in cold Victoria but almost instantly began losing hair on his chest, arm pits, head and paws and became itchy, red, weeping and smelly in those areas. He has been on Apoquel for 4 years and it helps but is not curing the problem. I am very interested to hear what you suggest for both animals and am keen to try your suggestions of natural remedies that I've seen in these videos. Cheers Michelle.
