The Big Claw Machine at my D&B always broken but I don't play claw machines. The only way they fix something is if you give them a really bad survey (at the bottom of receipt). They always respond that way.

they are a major disappointent by yall and that bling kind was working fine the claw always drifts to the left when the cord is stretched beyond a certain point a cord cthat leads from the gantry to the claw it self can only stretch so far before it startes to drift like that they need to change their name to Dave & Busted beause they cannot keep things fixed around yall i honelty dont know y they are in business they never fix their stuff near yall now yall did get a win out of it nice goin that one claw that keeeps goin down like that the slow moving machne now the issue with that is that the up down sensor is not working right this kind of machine is like namco fire trucks pinnacles and plush bus and oakmont claws once the claw hits a toy the machine then tells the claw to close and go back up
