So, I went to the service center jaha claim ko reject Kar diya . Reason diya ki ek side pe paint scratched hai so it is manually been damaged...hum nahi Kar sakte kuch. Aur wo side ka to gadbad bhi nahi tha. Consumer helpline se kuch madad nahi mila bas kabhi Agar call forward ho gaya to kehte the service center jao ho jayega.......

Same of thing happened with me when I booked a hotel from Oyo during an emergency and when I reached hotel they denied the check-in Since we had paid the amount while booking the amount was deducted but never got refund it's been more than an year Plot twist: recently when I logged into my oyo account there was no previous bookings in my booking history (I still have proofs but nothing will work out)
