Why are fliers moving away from SpiceJet?

June and July have not been very kind to domestic airlines in India. several airlines have experienced some safety-related incidents in the last couple of months. But SpiceJet has had the worst time of them all. It reported 8 technical malfunction incidents in just 18 days. Why is SpiceJet, once India’s second-largest airline in trouble?. Went to mecca, plane delayed from bombay 2 hours, AC was deliberately very cold so that coffe and tea can be sold .... plane delayed from jaddahbto bombay by 2 hours .... in jeddah the counter person , man with curly hair asked the wheel chair to be wrapped properly, so we went for wrapping and he LEFT his counter and started roaming after 3 attepmts to get his attention he asked his COLLEGUE to do his work, cant say much because I had uncle who cant walk properly, on arrival at bombay wheel chair passengers were asked to wait and we waited than the hostess said if can walk just few steps he can ride the buggy oyherwise wheel chair will take half an hour to come .. that few steps turned out to be around 150 meters, there was no buggy ready ..... after 10 minutes one buggy artived but driver refused to take, after few wirds he did take us but kept grumbling . .. in short their service is not up to mark wont fly spice jet again ...... btw while boarding from bombay the wheel chair person was good .......

IndiGo and Vistara at least cares for their staff and customers but Spicejet does not.

paid for the ticket, the money was written off, the ticket was not sent to us. nine days they don't know what to do. they will ruin your vacation and holiday. we will go to court , who is with us ?
