Audio is off. Music is louder than the narrator.

Sorry to say but this is not about the British but a section of the British, the middle class. Not the Upper class or "Old Money" and not the vast majority of the people, the working class. This is a common mistake because the BBC is 90% middle class and they hold the keys to what is public.

Interesting that the march being played so noisily is an American one by Sousa.

Quite unfounded, if you ask me. More typical is, I think, what I read about a Lord who once was asked if he sees any advantage in beeing an aristocrat nowadays. His reply: „Oh yes, when I fart in public, people don't think I, m badly educated, but that I'm excentric!“

It took you twenty minutes? I can explain it in two words: They aren't. No annoying music drowning out the audio required.

If the music were at the level of 1:45 it would be fine.

Forgot to add. While very optimistically presented, the future of Britain is uncertain and wrought with danger as the society is destabilised by unprecedented levels of immigration from very different cultures and set of values.

That statement could have been made at almost any time in the last 1,600 years.

Question: why are the trousers on Guards' dress uniforms always too short?

I remember one Labour politician being asked about the activities of the far left after a disastrous by-election result. His reply: 'Well, it hasn't helped' 😁

He aspires to come close to the inhabitants of Laconia, the Greek landscape which in Antiquity was ruled by Sparta. When Philipp II., King of Macedonia and Father of Alexander the Great, was conquering most of Greece in the 4th century BCE, he also came to the gates of Sparta. His envoys had a threatening message for Sparta: "If I invade Laconia, I shall turn you out." The Spartan ephors replied with a single word: "If." (Plutarch: "On Garrulity".)

Perhaps more than anything else, the *English* love to hear themselves being talked about by non-English.

The little white floaty things throughout the video are very distracting, especially indoors. They look like snowflakes or perhaps nuclear fallout.

Making fun of one's self is not unique to Britain. Have you ever read any non-British jokes or do you speak one or two other languages? I gave up there.

Well, he obviously doesn't speak French since he mispronounced 'penchant' throughout the narration 😀
