The MySims games have been my obsession since I was about 7 years old, I’m currently 22 and still play the games religiously. MySims agents was always my favorite and I remember as a kid being so genuinely hurt by the fact that they teased a sequel but never released one

MySims DS was one of my favorite games when I was little and I recently started playing it again and only now finally got to 5 stars and I'm trying to figure out how to fully complete the game but sadly there's not much information online

when i played mysims for DS there waas one REALLY good website/walkthrough that went into loads of detail about what to do cant remember the website tbh, but omg it was a slog to get those towns on mysims and kingdom to 5 stars so i gave up once i got 5 stars lol

I LOVED the MySims games and honestly they're one of the main reasons I'm determined to get a Wii again one day! Although, I have such vivid memories of Kingdom glitching the first time I played it and the tenth bandana literally didn't exist! Child me was so infuriated that I don't think I ever played it again!

as a child I loved it, but the issue with it was you needed a guide to understand how to do anything. Nothing was intuitive or explained properly and my father literally had to "find" a copy of the prima game guide to help little 12 year old me get through it.

I rented it for a week once and was totally addicted to it. I think it just comes down to how much you enjoy playing with the building tool, because that's pretty much 99% of the game

@@prudencesofty one way you could play them is J2ME, which is a java mobile emulator, but it is mobile only I think. I know the rom for MySims Java is out there also. Plus, there are also two flash games to promote MySims Agents, one of which I used to speedrun (also fun fact - Racing DS Any% speedruns need for optimal times you to not come in first but not intentionally wait too much due to timing last I checked, and you skip ALL of the races in the story other than the last via jumping and walls being too short)

Genuinely ngl, I kind of wanted to play Mysims again, I remember getting it on the wii thinking it looked like it could be fun and I have NO memory of ever actually playing it. I mean, that's not really uncommon I guess, I have such a massive fucking backlog it's a joke, I maybe did just put it to the side and never get to it before it somehow evaporated from my possession. I get weirdly sentimental for things I either buy myself or get gifted even if I don't end up using them, like they can still have a huge impact on me for even the significance of the situation surrounding it. So even if Mysims isn't as good as I'd want it to be I know that I'd still somehow have a better time than I should have any right to because I'd be thinking about how I first got it. Does that make any sense at all? lol I (don't really) sometimes wish I actually WAS a hoarder so I wouldn't lost all of the things that mean a lot to me (I say that jokingly of course, while a part of me wishes I still had SOME of the important things, I know it's stupid to want to have a problem like that, it's just that I have lost a few items through my life that meant the world to me and I tend to have this desire to over-correct, which I don't act upon since I recognise it). I have no idea why I went on such a tangent about all that shit, maybe seeing this video really brought some memories to the surface. I should be just saying that I love your vids, and this is a great one so far! :D
