Good question and most of the courses are private and exclusive.

Don't be ridiculous, most of the courses cannot be utilised for residential or commercial use. There are many foreigners who want easy access to Singapore courses.. Marina Bay is one. You cannot always be using ROI for eg, Marina Bay course for mixed development use. Where can you find a course with such a skyline? Raffles, Jurong, Champions, Marina is gone and soon, Orchid, Mandai.. And we want to attract foreigners for MICE and work in Singapore!

Have so many golf courses but no Disney land for Singapore

Singapore used to have more but we need to preserve these remaining Golf Courses for Greeneries or Singapore will simply Look like a CONCRETE JUNGLE full of flats…
