I had a similar experience, I rescued a male kitten from the local colony, then later a litter from the same colony, he was like "I swear I didn't do it, their not mine" but now the second cat from that litter I kept thinks of him like dad. The first one even breaks him out when I lock the catflap after the second one pulls a disappearing act. I just think back the line from archer "can he come out to play", cats are so cute and clever. We never stood a chance!

@@irenemarano8241 There was another video that explains it. The humans got word of a newborn kitten that didn’t have a mother. (I can’t remember why at the moment). They put him in a basket (alone) to see if she would accept him. It didn’t take long. It’s actually very sweet to watch her reaction.

The information says his mother died, but not how. At first she’s a little wary, but it doesn’t take long for her to say, “well, now I got two kids.” She accepts him rather blithely. @@RedRoseSeptember22 lol that's how his sister sees herself. in real life she's 7lbs of crazy kitty that brings fear to most dogs. Got her and him from a restaurant his mom adopted as her home. As for him? his name is slagathor (kids named him lol) and I sometimes call him Purry mason. All started when my dog was begging me for food one day, and after being ignored he left. 1 minute later the cat came in and meowed. I assumed he was lodging a protest and was speaking on behalf of his client, the dog. I'm actually rather surprised he's not jumping on my lap or giving me dirty looks as I type this

They have the same pattern as a tabby cat, just on the body the stripes are pushed off the fur. Bottom of feet are black too like tabbies. I have one where the stripes aren't all gone it has more black on the body.

He just thought one smelled funny until he got acquainted with it. Then his major interest was if she was in heat again. He's lucky that most mother cats won't let male cats, except perhaps their own offspring, babysit their kittens. Which is funny because cats believe in babysitting and I've seen them recruit not only other female cats they're related to and their humans, but household dog, raccoons, skunks and on one occasion a domesticated female pig who lived both her and the kittens. It's very funny to see a large female dog tending tiny kittens and a relatively small cat tending large and active puppies, but it's not uncommon.

I had to sister feral kitties give birth in my yard a week apart and they coparented both litters, they did have one or two disagreements cause one insisted that the litters needed to be moved and the other kept bringing them back to the first hiding spot.

Котят нужно держать в коробке, а сверху прикрытой картонкой,типа будки, чтобы там было темно и уютно,у котят нет нормального кровообращения поэтому нужно, чтобы не было сквозняка.Моя кошка лежала с котятами в шифонере на пинопласте толстом с бортиками застеленной пеленкой и слегка дверца была приоткрыта и ей и котятам там было тепло и комфортно..
