As far as Junko that voice specifically was when she holds Monokuma the robot in front of her face which is a match to how she sounds with it in the other games. Now idk if you guys have beaten the game already or not, but a lot of people have experienced a glitch in the chapter 6 trial where if you save during it at certain points and return the game has a visual glitch that spoils a huge component to the whole twists and whatnot. The best way to avoid this is either to just restart the trail and quickly fast forward to where you were when you come back to it, or to just play through the whole trial in one sitting till the end of the game(which is what I would more likely recommend). I hear there are specific lines that exist that are effectively save points but idk how spoilery those are.
