We are here just for the experience nothing more, nothing less. We've just forgotten who we are,, when we remember who we truly are and where we're from it will make sense again. We are all co-creators equally looking within will help us remember this. In the now, we are what we create.

Dear Mel, I listened right through because I do wonder, when I find myself at odds with others, if I'm the one that's got it wrong. More and more I feel the need to be in my own space. Very few want you to take a neutral, observant, balanced view of what is going on around us in the world..... they want you to agree with THEIR firmly held beliefs. As this is across many issues in my circle, I simply know I can't please everyone. We hear how terrible it is that freedom of speech is blocked by media... reality is that it happens often just daily interacting with people. Sending you to a version of prison (isolation) if you don't agree. I try to see past it because these are not bad people. I find it necessary to keep it short and sweet. It's challenging but I aim to be true to myself first. 😉

Thank you so much ! I made a list of things that I want to work on to make life easier, and Judging others and myself harshly is the #1 thing I need to work on. I was never this way as a child but as I got older and watched those around me in my environment I saw it was the way to handle things. To become a victim and judge others I took on this persona in my 20’s and been trying to reprogram myself over the past 2 years when I realized it’s a problem with my spiritual growth. ❤

We all judge to some degree, sadly it’s human nature. I’ve found this tool so helpful… When I catch myself judging, another person or myself, I say to myself ‘I choose again, I choose differently.’ It brings awareness to the judgment without shame or blame, and helps take some of the energy out of it. I hope that this can help you too ❤

Mell, have to say what you are teaching is way beyond my scope of thinking. You say, I shouldn't judge the evil that controls the earth, that now has a grip everywhere, and we have yet to see just how bad these Satin worshippers will be and are. They want us dead by any means and I'm not afraid of death but even God has angels that fight.
