As a prior U.S. intel community member myself, I think you should consider the fact that when the U.S. handed over research and other sensitive operational security issues to private corporations (to escape public scrutiny and provide layers of plausible deniability), they committed a crime against society with long-term consequences that most civilians don't ever consider: As private corporations, it benefits their financial longevity to release the technology they have hoarded piecemeal over a long period of time, allowing their profits to consistently rise. They have no incentive to reveal it. Moreover, those extreme profits allow them to hire the best and most talented minds of our century and place them under contract to stay silent. And if the stories are true, then some of them engage in illegal unsanctioned violence to maintain their secrets, which if true means that they prioritize their profits so highly that they'll kill for it. Whether or not they have acquired approval from Senators as patrons from time to time over the decades to commit violence in the name of national security is simply questioning the semantics of a problem that runs very deep within the military industrial complex.

David, you nailed it. The privatization of intelligence is a massive scam and allows the most powerful forces in the world to act with impunity. It also gives them legal cover from Freedom of Information Act requests. The evidence from the Wilson memo and Library of Congress by Michael Schratt and a lot of sightings indicates that private weapons manufacturers are *the* central player in the secret space program, which completely transcends national borders and involves predatory ET's. Some of these corporations, such as Raytheon, are clearly involved in the development of advanced weather modification such as directed energy weapons as well. For instance check out the whistleblower Eric Hecker, who worked for Raytheon in Antarctica. Paul here is very very warm as far as what's going on in the big picture, with his focus on the hybridization program, but he's missing that the ET's involved in the abductions documented by John Mack, Budd Hopkins, David Jacobs and others are clearly *predatory* in nature. That they're embedded in these nasty private weapons manufacturers is why humans are at war all the time and we're currently looking at a potential third world war. If we dodge this bullet then we very well could evolve in the way Paul is discussing, based on advanced ancient civilizations- but of course there's the possibility we won't dodge it and we'll get played into nuclear war. This it's imperative that we wake up to the reality of the good ET's who so many people (including myself) have encountered, who are clearly trying to help humanity, as well as the evil ones. And when I was younger & healthier, my time was all consumed by the necessity of work in order to feed & house our family thus there was little to no time to even pay attention to what was "really" going on. I remember when a video appeared in the internet showing a UFO coming out from under the sea, in an area near the coast, in southern Puerto Rico. There is (or was) an underwater base close by. I was looking at a map of PR online to mention where I saw it, but I just noticed that is no longer showing and the map has been modified in the area and the entrance to the base is no longer showing. Thing is most “new” (to us) technology js the type that would help humanity & the earth. Think of tech that produces free energy by way of harnessing the etheric energy of the world? Thank you Paul. I would like to add the following. The issue of human beings becoming interstellar is more than a technological issue. It is also a psychological issue. For the last aeon humans have been programmed and indoctrinated into the false belief of competition, scarcity and survival of the fittest, as well as a hierarchical mentality which leads to a belief in authority which is also regressive. This has bred an us and them and a fear mentality, the result of which is aggressive/regressive behaviour which is destructive and toxic to those beings of higher consciousness. This is the main issue and until we sufficiently wake up and stop these behaviours and learn to live in love, peace and cooperation we will not ascend into the higher state of consciousness that allows us to occupy a place amongst beings who are not of this planet.😊

Paul, Here is something you can add to your list of investigations, and it involves the Star of Bethlehem myth. Notice that people claim they could navigate by the star by night and day. This would mean that it was visible and stationary. As a commercial airline pilot for over 35 years, I can say from my experience that a celestial navigational star is not visible by night and day unless it is in a geosynchronous orbit. In saudi arabia, no woman could drive a car and now they do, but with hijab and properly dressed. As a life long contactee I’m tasked to tell you, Paul, its not the govt that is required to be able to shift etc, it is the individual. If it were about the govts abilities then disclosure would have happened 40 yrs ago. It is the general population evolving past the blocks placed upon humans that inhibit what we call “6th sense”, “paranormal abilities” & for the religious… “miracles”.
