I can relate to you... When my uncle's Tilak (a function occuring before a wedding in India) my mom got me a dress. The dress was nice and all but in the blouse there were cups that holds back the B's from jiggling. It depends on how healthy the girl’s body or her estrogen levels were very high in the young age, it’s quite normal for girls to have grow chest very quickly through genetics or other means. I’m no doctor or biology expert but human beings are unpredictable
