It's so sad that we're this limited with map.ini. There are probably ways to make this work, but if you ever want to make HALO playable then there isn't really much you can do. You could however spawn a system object from game start from the HALO CC and make that a prerequisite for building the CC. That way players can take the dozers

That way, even if the CC is captured, it wouldn't transfer. If you spawned it on top of the CC then you could use a special damage type to kill it alongside the CC. But it's extremely janky...

Ohhh, veryyy clever, although isn't the system object gonna cause issues when played in a skirmish game? Mission are fine since they use script to end the game Everything regarding ini work arounds will most likely be extremely janky tbh..

Tbh i love the idea of that we cant capture the cc and dozer, using the halo faction vs halo faction is kinda boring, and unfair, the op units will be under control the player which will make them more effective than get used by the AI

That's true, the extremely OP units the HALO have will certainly makes everything else easier to fight and certainly much more deadlier in a player hands

Well wouldnt it be better if a high tech and really hard to get infantry or vehicle can capture those building rather than some simple infantry? Black lotus also is part of that

If that's the problem. Will you also make dozers uncapturable? Bcz, dozers also can be captured and build the CC.

unrelated to the video i really do love the fact you've improved how the bomber planes crash, it feels better than the Vanilla not only that it also deals damage also, is it possible for you to make the avenger not turn when it's shooting down planes? i find it silly that a vehicle with a turret needs to turn to face an enemy. (or is it balancing on EA's part... either way... it can be solved if the vehicle is force firing the ground or moving)

I think we can, its just that the muzzle that fire the designator laser (small blue laser) will be able to turn as well Also the falling planes doesn't actually deals damage, it would be exploitable by usa, they can spam drop zone and send horde of suicide planes to the enemy lol

its so sad that i cant be able to capture those epic halo buildings. but when you added a new united faction gamemode , its going to be hella fun! also heres the trophy for giving us answers 🏆

You can capture other buildings beside the CC and the Technology center however

I thought you're gonna make all HALO building uncapturable since HALO is the enemy and the 3 faction doesn't have access to HALO technology because they're different

I still want to keep the nature of being able to capture enemy technology for player advantage, is just what you're seeing in this video doesn't allows it You can still capture other buildings that isn't a CC and a Technolgy center however
